The UNANIMOUS DECLARATION of the citizens of the
fifty united States of America. ...
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all
People have equal rights ... that
among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.
__ That to secure
these rights, Governments are instituted among
People, deriving their just Powers
from the consent of the governed,__
That whenever any Form of Government
becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the
People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new
Government, laying its foundation on the
U.S. Constitution as it was intended by its founders.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long
established should not be changed for light and transient
causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that
mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are
sufferable, than to right themselves by
altering the forms to which they are
accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations,
pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to
reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it
is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide
new Guards for their future
security.__ Such
has been the patient sufferance of the
People of these States; and
such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter
their former Systems of Government. The history of the
federal government is a history of
repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct
object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these
States. The legislative democracy (Article
1, Section 8, Clause 17) of the United States, which was to
only have dominion over the District of Columbia and the
federal states (American Somoa, the Canal Zone, the
Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands)
has become the monarch of the fifty States of the Union and
the Inhabitants therein. To prove this, let Facts be
submitted to a candid
world.________________
Our monarch has refused
his Assent to the Laws of the U.S.
Constitution, the most wholesome and necessary for
the public good.__________ He has forbidden
the States to pass Laws of immediate
and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation
till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended,
he has utterly neglected to attend to them.__________ He has
refused to allow people to vote, use
financial institutions or drive, unless those
people sign forms that deny their
sovereignty and treat them as if they were inhabitants of
the federal states or the District of Columbia, over which
He has complete dominion.______ He
has forced the fifty States to relinquish the right
of Representation in the Legislature (17th
Amendment fraud), a right inestimable to them and
formidable to tyrants only.________ He has
denied federal funds to
Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with
manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the
people.______ ... He has endeavored to prevent the
population of these States; ... refusing to pass others to
encourage their migrations hither, and raising the
conditions of new Appropriations of
Lands (IRS, DEA ...).______ He has
obstructed the Administration of Justice, by
presuming us to be under contract with him
and thereby under the colorable law of the Uniform
Commercial Code (UCC). ________ He has made Judges
dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their
offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries
(tax trial judge: "I cannot tolerate my
employer being deprived of revenue.").______ He has
erected a multitude of New Offices (HEW,
EPA, FDA ...), and sent hither swarms of Officers to
harass our people, and eat out their substance.______ He has
kept among us, in times of peace Standing Armies without the
Consent of our legislatures.______ He has affected to render
the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power
(War Powers Act).______ He has
combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign
to our Constitution (legislative democracy;
United Nations), and unacknowledged by our laws;
giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended
Legislation:____ For quartering large bodies of armed troops
and other federal agents among us:__
For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for
any takings (IRS, DEA, FDA ...) or
Murders (CIA, BATF ...) which they
should commit on the Inhabitants of these States: ___ For
cutting off our Trade with all parts of the
world: (trade restrictions/agreements)
____ For imposing Taxes on us with out our Consent
(17th Amendment): ____ For depriving
us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury
(UCC): ____ For transporting us
beyond our States to be tried for
pretended offences: ______ For abolishing the free System of
English Laws (Common Law) ...
establishing in the District of
Columbia an Arbitrary government
(legislative democracy), and
enlarging its Boundaries (usurpations and
13th -17th amendment inactment frauds and expansion clauses
in other amendments since the 10th) so as to render
it once an example and fit instrument for introducing the
same absolute rule into these States
...:______ For ... abolishing
our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms
of our Governments:____ For suspending our own Legislatures
(17th amendment), and declaring
themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all
cases whatsoever (legislative
democracy).______ He has
perverted Government here, by
declaring us in ... his Protection
and waging War against us.______ He has plundered our
savings, ravaged our
environment, wasted our resources,
and destroyed the Lives of our people.______ He is at this
time transporting large Armies of Foreign Mercenaries
(federal agents) to complete the
works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with
circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled
in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of
a civilized nation.______ He has constrained our fellow
Citizens taken Captive by the draft
to bear Arms against their Country and
others, to become the executioners of their friends
and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands
... He has in numerous ways usurped the
Constitution, which is the sole source of his legitimacy, to
the great damage of the States and the Citizens therein for
the purpose of gathering privilege, competitive advantage,
wealth and power for his friends. Specifically, he
authorized his friends (international bankers) to create
money from nothing, declare it legal tender, give its
control to a monopoly bank (Federal Reserve), loan the fiat
money (Federal Reserve Notes) into circulation for their
profit from the wealth or labor expended to pay the
principle and usury on the use of imaginary money. He
unconstitutionally borrows fiat money instead of lawful
money (valued in silver or gold) and pays his
ever-increasing debt with onerous taxes or the devaluation
of savings. Corporate states enlarge this usurpation by
taxing the income of the fiat money, despite the fact that
they are obligations (depreciating bills of credit),
and hence not taxable by the States. He intentionally
created a drug crisis by barring the trade of certain drugs
except by his agents (CIA & associates) for his profit.
He uses his holy war on drugs to accelerate the imposition
of his tyranny, repeatedly and wantonly violating the Bill
of Rights. He has unconstitutionally and illegally stripped
the States of the Union of the powers and authority either
granted directly to them or reserved to them by the
Constitution. His supreme court justices, sworn to uphold
the Constitution, have frequently made a mockery of it by
asserting that the Constitution is whatever they say it is
(amendment by judicial decree), despite the most clear and
obvious meaning in that document and the Federalist Papers
and Anti-Federalist Papers to the contrary. In every
stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in
the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been
answered by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is
thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit
to be the ruler of a free people. Nor have We been wanting
in attentions to our Eastern European
brethren. We have watched them
discard unwarrantable jurisdiction over
them. We are
reminded by them of the circumstances
of our emigration and settlement here ... We, therefore, the
Citizens of the united States of
America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the
Supreme Judge of the World for the rectitude of our
intentions, do, in the Name, and by the Authority of the
good People of these States, solemnly
publish and declare, That these States
are, and of right ought to be Free and Independent
... and as Free and Independent States, they have full Power
to control their militia (reserves and
national guard), establish Commerce, and to do all
other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right
do, according to the united States
Constitution.______
And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm
reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually
pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred
