PETITION TO:
The President and the Congress of the United States of
America
State Legislature
Governor
Mayor of __________________
County Commission of __________________
State of ___________________, a Repbulic.
- WHEREAS: The citizens of the United States of
America, face immediate economic crisis and undue
hardship brought about by unconstitutional control of the
Nation's money system by the Federal Reserve Board, the
policy-making arm of the Federal Reserve system, a
consortium of private bankers; and
- WHEREAS: All elected officials are bound by oath to
defend and preserve the Constitution of the U.S.A., and
to preserve life and property of the citizens.
- WHEREAS, article 1, section 8, Constitution of the
United States, provides that only the Congress of the
U.S. shall have the power "to borrow Money on the credit
of the U.S.;" and
- WHEREAS, article, section 8, Constitution of the
United States directs that only the Congress of the U.S.
is permitted "to coin Money, regulate the Value thereof,
and of foreign coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and
Measures;" and
- WHEREAS, The Federal Reserve Act of December 23, 1913
(Act of December 23, 1910;38 Stat. 251; 12 United States
Code Section 221 et seq.) transferred the power to borrow
money on the credit of the U.S. to a consortium of
private bankers in violation of the prohibitions of
article 1, section 8, Constitution of the U. S.; and was
imposed upon the citizens of the U.S.A. without their
knowledge and consent. WHEREAS, article 1, section 1,
Constitution of the U.S., provides that "all legislative
Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of
the U.S., which shall consist of a Senate and House of
Representatives"; all other powers not granted are
reserved to the State and the citizens, NOT to a private
corporation.
- WHEREAS, the Congress of the U.S. is without
authority to delegate any powers which it has received
under the Constitution of the U.S. established by t h e P
e o p I e o f t h e U . S . ; a n d
- WHEREAS, the Federal Reserve Act of December 23, 1913
was imposed upon the people or the U.S.A. in violation of
the provisions of article 1, section 1, Constitution of
the United States; and
- WHEREAS, members of the Federal Reserve System, a
consortium of private bankers, have threatened the very
integrity of out national government through their
arbitrary and capricious control and management of the
nation's money supply; and
- WHEREAS, the U.S. is facing, in the current decade,
an economic debacle of massive proportions due in large
measure to a continued erosion of our national currency
and the resultant high interest caused by the policies of
the Federal Reserve Board; and
- WHEREAS, a consortium of private bankers which is not
subject to any official periodic review or oversight by
Congress has unconstitutionally controlled the economy of
the U.S. through the Federal Reserve Act since 1913;
and
- WHEREAS, this nation faces an immediate economic
crisis and I hereby, demand all elected officials take
immediate action to repeal the Federal Reserve Act of
1913 and a repudiation of it's unlawful and
unconstitutional debt against our nation.
- WHEREAS, I demand a complete audit of the Federal
Reserve by the GAO and that the gold stock of the United
States be taken from the Federal Reserve Banks, along
with all their assets and be placed in the U.S.
Treasury.
- WHEREAS, any elected who fails to take immediate
action is GUILTY OF MISPRISION OF FELONY.
- THEREFORE, 1, the undersigned, pray:
- The country commission adopt and ordinance and
decrees the state legislature instruct members of the
congress to introduce statues to repeal the Federal
Reserve Act.
- The State legislature adopt a concurrent memorial
demanding the President and congress of the U.S. to
repeal the Federal Reserve Act as provided by article 30
of the Federal Reserve Act.
- The Congress of the U.S. immediately enact such
legislation as is necessary to repeal the Federal Reserve
Act and restore constitutional powers.
- The President of the U.S. immediately sign the
necessary enabling legislation once it reaches his
desk.
The County Commission and Secretary of the State of
________, a Republic, transmit copies of this petition to
the President of the U.S. Senate, the Speaker of the House
of Representatives of the U.S. and to each member of the
State Congressional delegation.
