THE CONTRACT.

The continue in your education and Deprogramming, you must understand that a constitution is fundamentally "The Contract" between a society and its government.

To create a socialist state "The Contract" (the organic constitution) had to be broken with the American people (of the several American republics).

To understand what a constitution is, the definition is cited- -

constitution, n. 1. The act or process of composing, setting up, or establishing. 2.a. The composition or structure of something; makeup. b. The physical makeup of a person: She was born with a strong constitution. See Synonyms at physique. 3. Abbr. cons., const., Const. a. The system of fundamental laws and principles that prescribes the nature, functions, and limits of a government or another institution. b. The document on which such a system is recorded. /1/

The fundamental history of the Constitution for the American Union is- -

1. The organic Constitution in 1787 (The original constitution);

2. Bill of Rights (Amendments 1-10) ratified 1791;

3. The Eleventh, Twelfth and Thirteenth Amendments;

4. The Fourteenth Amendment (establishes an alternate government).

Firstly, the original, or organic, Constitution (which sets up and governs the Union State [State of the Union]) had two main purposes: 1) To protect the union of American republics militarily; and, 2) To govern trade and commerce between the American republics, and commerce of the Union internationally;

Secondly, the Bill of Rights was added to the organic constitution to protect the people; it was basically an agreement between the American republics (people) and the United States (federal government). It was of purpose to protect the American republics (people) from the Union State (the federal government) as created by the organic Constitution. To follow, as a legitimate part of the organic Constitution, were the Eleventh, Twelfth and Thirteenth Amendments;

Thirdly, a New Federal Government was installed by the fourteenth amendment after the Civil War; it also installed new state governments. It created a whole new political system which was fundamentally adverse to the law of nations and the Constitution.

The fourteenth amendment is one of the so-called reconstruction amendments; all which are numbered the 13th, 14th and 15th. The Fourteenth Amendment is somewhat a constitution in itself; actually the fourteenth amendment and the organic Constitution work concurrently to make a Government De facto. Every amendment after the fourteenth is representative of the new government which is installed by insurgency .

Yes, the Civil War is where "The Contract" with the people was broken. The constitutional government[s], as set fourth by the founding fathers, are not currently in place. They have not been operational since the Civil War. You have been living a lie.

Accordingly, all participants, state and federal, in this governmental system (a totalitarian system) are, as a matter of law, referred to as "Insurgents". This Totalitarian System of government is what the insurgents, and others, refer to as a "Democracy". The fourteenth amendment was the instituting factor which enabled the dictatorial "Socialist State" or "Totalitarian System" to be implemented.

Pursuant to- what we refer to as -a bastard governmental system, if you look at the organic Constitution under Article IV, section 4, you will find that each state of the Union is guaranteed a government in form of a Republic- Not a Democracy .

The term "State" means a "Republic" with a government. The term "Republic" means the "Land" and the "Nation" (people) of that land; hence, the term "State" is generally in reference to a government of any specific American Republic. The founding fathers used this premise to create a government of the people- A Republic.

The Union is actually a federation of the several American republics (states). The "State" for the federation (Union) is the federal government.

In the premise of the original constitution (organic), the federal state was not to house American citizens at large. The Fourteenth Amendment creates citizens that are beholding to the federal government (State) over their republic (state) .

The term "Democracy" is just a buzz-word which is used for the totalitarian (socialist) system of government which is currently in place. This terminology game which has been used by the cabalists will be gone over in a subsequent Part herein.

In due course, this is where the two set of rules are set forth. The Rulers (big fish) who are part of the de facto system know this and enjoy their natural rights under the protection of the original Constitution. The ruled (little fish) are under the control of the insurgent government (socialists) and do not enjoy their natural rights. Any rights they have, under the so-called (or referred to as) "constitution", are ones that they are receiving as a privilege from the federal government. In other words- The "Bill of Rights" is being handed out as they see fit.

Once you start to read case-law and learn to interrupt the United States Code, you will understand that there are two systems of law that are in operation .

Moreover, the way the fourteenth amendment is instituted, even though you believe you own your land, your land (property) can be taken at any time without just compensation. As unascertained to all Americans, they are unknowingly involved in Criminal Activity (by design) via the fourteenth amendment .
