THE TOOLS.

For "The Product" to be efficiently procured for the World Elite, the administrators of "The System", or "The Tools", are essential to control, and furthermore, to appease the masses (or smaller fish).

You ask. . . How is this accomplished?

To appease "The Tools", the upper echelon (the government, or the ruling class- most of which are lawyers) are given the knowledge of law; thus, such tools enjoy true freedom under natural law; the masses (or smaller fish) do not.

Consequently, there are two sets of rules- One Set of Rules for "The Tools"; and- One Set of Rules for the masses (or smaller fish).

Firstly- As established in the Coalition's introduction, our presentation is based on Law; hence you are to be conscience that- - The Law is actually "The Rules".

Secondly- Please take note that there is fundamentally more than one constitution in American law which manufactures and sets forth the two sets of rules .

In due course, the World Elite need "The Tools" to initiate- - THE DEAL
